Chemical Resistance Guide Offline Instructions

You must go to the CRG or KAG website while online at least once using one of the following browsers or mobile operating systems that support offline caching:

  • Google Chrome version 4 or higher
  • Firefox v3.5 or higher
  • Safari v4 or higher or higher
  • Internet Explorer v10 or higher
  • Opera v10.6 or higher
  • iOS Safari  v3.2 or higher
  • Android v2.1 or higher
  • Opera Mobile v11.5 or higher1.

The CRG and KAG will work on other browsers, but only when you are connected to the Internet.

Offline Instructions for Using the CRG

  • While online and connected to the Internet, open one of the above supported browsers.
  • Make sure cookies are enabled in your selected browser.
  • Go to www.crg.dupont.com.

            o   This will allow your browser to cache the site for use offline.

  • Be sure to bookmark the CRG page so that you can access it easily once offline.
  • If you are using a smartphone, follow your phone’s instructions for adding an icon to your home page for offline use.

            o  Smartphones use a “lite” version of the CRG & KAG.

Offline Instructions for Using the KAG

  • While online and connected to the Internet, open one of the above supported browsers.
  • Make sure cookies are enabled in your selected browser.
  • Go to the KAG and register if you have not done so already: www.kag.dupont.com
  • Once you submit your KAG registration form, the system will send you an email that will include a link. (If you do not get an email, check your SPAM folder.)
  • Click on the link to open the KAG in your default web browser. 

            o   Make sure it is one of the supported browsers above.

            o   If you want to use a different browser, copy emailed KAG link into your chosen browser and enter.

  • Once you are in the KAG, be sure to bookmark the page.
  • If you are using a smartphone, follow your phone’s instructions for adding an icon to your home page for offline use.

            o   Smartphones use a “lite” version of the KAG.

  • You should now be able to access the CRG or KAG offline.
