Research & Development Centers
DuPont has 14 global R&D Centers where labs perform vital research across all businesses and collaborate with partners, governments, and local communities.
The DuPont Research & Development Center connects DuPont science to the needs of our customers in Latin America.
Based in Paulínia, São Paulo, Brazil, the DuPont Research & Development Center (R&DC) brings technical knowledge and expertise to applications across three strategic priorities for DuPont: nutrition, advanced materials, and biobased industrials.
DuPont began independent operations in Brazil starting in 1937, when the Brazilian government used our products in the construction of highways and hydroelectric plants.
The DuPont Brazil Center for Innovation and Technology is co-located at the Brazil R&D Center and supports new application development for advanced materials and protection.
The Bioprocess Laboratory at the R&D Center supports research into new sustainable energy sources, and offers partnership opportunities and training for processors of DuPont materials.
